PERSONALITY
In order to sell the "different people" thing, the two sides of Fujisaki are very different, by design.
Nadeshiko is a sweet, gentle girl, with a love for baking and a knack for traditional dancing. She has a love of teasing others, especially when she finds someone with interesting reactions, and enjoys things like telling ghost stories to easily-frightened audiences, or sneaking up on people without warning. Despite her calm demeanor, when something particularly angers her, like something endangering her friends, she flips into a bizarre rage that can abate as quickly as it starts.
Nagihiko, on the other hand, is far more energetic and active. He enjoys playing sports, and exploring hidden, out-of-the-way areas, having found many "secret paths" within the old city he used to reside in. Like Nadeshiko, he enjoys dancing, but tends to gravitate to more freestyle performances. He's also more of a subtle teaser, mostly settling for sly looks and one-liners, but he's more than capable of the direct teasing his "sister" does, when he gets properly motivated.
In the end, though, deep down, they're still the same person, and have many shared traits: an air of mysteriousness to them, a love for friendly competition, a deep love and protectiveness towards those they hold dear, and a heavy weight within their heart, stemming from the uncertainty and depression they developed while abroad. Despite their resolve, the question of who Fujisaki really is still remains something they believe to have no answer to yet, unsure of if either of the two boxes they've made to fit inside really fit them at all. On occasion, traits of one "self" will slip into the other, though they never really do this consciously.

Dreamer Appearance
Essentially Yamato Maihime, but with the same hair & eye colors as Temari
- Same general backstory as canon: comes from a famous family of traditional Japanese dancers, born a boy, raised a girl. Went to a Seiyo Elementary-equivalent.
- Had "imaginary friends" they claimed were real: Temari and Rhythm. Became "unable to hear them" around 2nd grade, but still felt like they were out there somewhere.
- Became part of student council (exact role tbd lol), befriended the same friend group from canon, particularly Tadase (president) and Amu (class rep).
- After graduating elementary, began studying abroad in Europe, both doing regular middle school & studying dancing.
- Began to become unsure about their future, their dancing, and essentially their "true self", having repressed so much of themselves for so long. Also realized that they're genderfluid around this time period.
- All the questioning, uncertainty, and repression eventually resulted in developed depression, which ended up causing Nadeshiko to have a serious breakdown before a rehearsal. Came out to her mother at this time, about both her struggles and her gender.
- The turmoil attracted a Nightmare the night after, where Nadeshiko decided she didn't want to give up despite her struggles, wanting to find a proper answer to the question of who she really is, and wants to be. Temari reappeared before her, and she awakened as Dreamer Maihime.
- After talking it all over with their mother, decided to go to Yumemigaoka and join the Dreamer Union. Made a plan to sign up as Nadeshiko, and have her be the Dreamer to the public, while Nagihiko would be her ordinary "twin brother". Has the goals of helping others as a Dreamer, trying to determine their "answer", and, if possible, finding Rhythm in the Dreamsphere.
history
Abilities
Robe of Feathers
(D Rank) Extends the ribbons on Maihime's obi, which become prehensile and chase after an enemy. If they grab it, she can hold onto them, stopping them in their tracks if they're light enough, otherwise slowing them down. However, she must stand still in order to keep a steady grip.
Dance of the Cherry Blossoms
(E Rank) Maihime channels all of her power into a simple dance, increasing her swiftness and allowing her to more easily dodge enemy attacks. However, she's left unable to attack in order to keep it up, and the moment she chooses to go back on the offensive, the effect ends.
